What is LeStudio’s payment policy?

Tuition for classes is charged monthly.  The payment for each month is due at your child’s first class of the month.  (The summer session runs more than one month, payment in full is due at you child’s first class)

Your tuition is based on an annual Fall – Spring amount that is divided into 9 equal monthly installments (September – May) and a single class fee in June which is added to the May tuition payment.  Because of the days shifting in the calendar and holidays, some months have 3 lessons, most will have 4 and some have 5, however the payment is always the same, because it is based on one ninth of the annual figure.

There is also an annual $25 registration fee, per student.  Being a registered gives you reduced pricing on open gym and other events.

The summer session (Late June-August) is a single payment due by the first class.

Day Camps run during the summer are charged for by the week, payment is due on the first day.

The competitive teams have additional fees that are discussed in the Team Parent Handbook.

What is LeStudio’s refund policy?

PARENTS MUST NOTIFY LE STUDIO TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable.

Please note: Your tuition/payment secures a student’s placement in a particular class or program. You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes, including preschool and afterschool programming WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your lesson fee. The refund must be requested prior to the 2nd class of any month or session. Le Studio may take up to 5 weeks to fulfill your refund request.

Special note regarding Prepaid Programs:
Prepaid classes, camps, clinics and programs offer students and their families significant savings while providing Le Studio an opportunity to plan staffing in advance. Due to these advantages students are entitled to a 75% refund on all Prepaid classes and programs that are dropped in accordance to this policy within 30 days of the start of the Fall Semester or 7 days of the start of the Summer Semester; a 50% refund on all Prepaid classes and programs that are dropped in accordance to this policy within 31 to 60 days of the start of the Fall Semester.
